ECASD has moved to FMX for our Facilities Requests.

Requester Account Requirements

All requesters must create an account before submitting an event request.

  • Proof of Insurance Required: Valid insurance documentation must be provided when creating your account.

  • Account Approval: Your account must be reviewed and approved before you can create or submit event requests.

  • Accepted File Formats: Please upload your insurance documentation as a PDF or clear photo. If taking a photo, use a well-lit area and make sure all text is clearly visible and easy to read.
